They're not -- a quick look at the images of Lee Chi Kit on his profile's image gallery confirms it. The first image attributed as Lee Chi Kit is obviously the actor identified as Lee Hin Ming -- same front teeth, chin, eyes, ears and facial structure. Not sure who the second image (vampirised) is (maybe "Lee Hin Ming" again)? Maybe someone can identify him?

The final image is not Lee Hin Ming. The second last vampire image may be.

Someone else updated the acting credits, to credit two actors playing dead men turned vampires. Have re-watched the movie recently, it was clear there were two hopping vampires but, between the first appearance of the first vampire (Lee Hin Ming) and the final dispatch of the sescond vampire, there was a scene where a hopping/lunging vampire appeared which could have been either actor. Confused ?
