Quite a few thugs/extras to ID - won't copy them here, except to mention that this looks more like Yuen Wo-Ping than Yuen Cheung-Yan to me (but I often mistake them for each other):

I believe that unknown actress was also one of the fairies in "Human Goddess" and also in "Killers Five".
