Definitely does appear to be Parkman Wong, though he's aged very well comparing him to his pics from 1980!

I think you're right about May Law Koon-Lan too, but I didn't remember/note her character's name to compare with the credits. Can't quite recognise her from the HKCinemagic portrait (http://www.hkcinemagic.com/en/people.asp?id=1512)

It is Lau Shung-Fung. His name is in the cast list. Also added Chow Fai and identified him on the images.

The HKCinemagic portrait isn't the best version, but it's her.

I see the head shot is now part of her filmography. She's also dead centre on this DVD cover from BODYGUARDS OF LAST GOVERNOR, although the crossed eyes might not help:
