This guy looks a bit like Wong Hung (1), but whitout liverspots:

Here is another pic of him. I agree, it really looks like Wong Hung.

The liverspot on his left lip, that should be the key, and I think it's there on the first image behind some shadow and perhaps heavy makeup.

Same goes for the spot he has on the left side of the nose, if it could be there or have been "removed" perhaps (never know ), can the spots be seen in the film?
