Quite decent movie actually, but I really would have liked the subs they advertised about on the back of the VCD cover.

By the way, is this a Hong Kong production, as the DB indicates, or something from the mainland? Any way to tell?

Well it is listed in HKFA, and is made by a company which seems to be operating in HK.
At least all the other movies we have in the DB from them has been made in HK.
