Part 2 has more action as part 1, almost the whole movie is fighting :)

Story of Part 1 (source: HKFA):

Framed for the murders of the helmsmen of Shaolin, Emei, Kongtong and Wudang, Tso Kam-pak, wife and family are scattered in the headlong flight from their pursuers when the couple and their eldest son are killed; their eldest daughter Man-kuen takes a plunge down the hill; youngest son Siu-pak steers a safe passage across the Death or Life Bridge overflowing with poisoning gas and is taken under the wings of two master swordsmen. Siu-pak emerges from obscurity five years later and forms the alliance 'Golden Blade Gang' with Cheung Yuk-yiu, Wong Wing, Ko Kwong, Man Leung, the blind Fan Suet-kwan and her deaf sister Suet-yee to investigate the calamity that had befallen his family. In their chase, members of the martial sects fall prey to Suet-kwan's contrivance. Siu-pak and cohorts capture Golden Dragon, one of the two Holy Patriarch's sect leaders, but the spitting image of Siu-pak's late mother is subsequently set free; the other captive Chow Ching pledges his allegiance to the Golden Blade Gang in tracking down their foe.
