My problem is that Ching Wai is listed very prominent in cast list and poster of DEATH PENALTY, but the guy on the image above has only a supporting role in DEATH PENALTY. I thought that actor is more likely listed prominent:

I watched GANGLAND BROTHERS/THE END OF AN HOOLIGAN (a badly acted and directed, but partly unintended funny movie - you must watch the final for a big laugh) and the actor identified as Go Lim-Gwok in that movie is the same as in OTHER KIND...
Strange that he is uncredited in OTHER KIND...
