- this is not Jane Chung. This is Christine Hung (???). She is not in the cast list, although she has quite a big role.
In credits there is a name ???:

and somebody probably thought that this is Hung Siu-Wan (???) and added her to the cast list. Later, probably a different editor thought, that ??? is Vicky Hung Siu-Wan (???) and also added her to the cast list. I'm quite sure that ??? in credits of the movie is Christine Hung (???).
I'm not familiar with Hung Siu-Wan and Vicky Hung, maybe they are also in the movie, somewhere in last rows (there are not that many actors in the movie), but I still suggest to remove their names from the cast list, and add Christine Hung instead.

I couldn't find his portrait in "Empress Wu" portrait galley, but the movie "Empress Wu" is actually an edited version of TV-series of the same title, and if I understand correct, cast listing in our DB is taken from the TV-series and not from the movie. So maybe Chai Yuen does not appear in the movie. But this thing requires a better check of both movie and TV-series.

Anyway, this - is probably this actor - (this screencap is from a different TV-series). I suggest for now just untag this portrait.

Thanks. Checked and corrected (If I remember it correct it was my mistake).

Hak Lung plays one of the main henchman (10/11th minute and before the final fight - you find the movie on youtube).
Chang Chung-Yu is also in the movie, as fighting extra before the opening credits. Added Chen Liang-Hsieh who fights also in the first 3 minutes.
