Actress Chan Chi-Jan (why Cantonese name?) is credited with ??? instead of her ??? (http://hkmdb.com/db/movies/image_detail ... ay_set=eng). Is it an alias or the right name?

It's just a mistake in the newly overlaid credits. The original credits have the correct name. (陳志珍)

EDIT: Tagged Cheng Pin-hsin as well. Cheng Shih-ting is probably an alias of hers, since she also stars in this movie.
