Possible ID of Chen Chun-jen

A Chinese user left a comment on a YouTube upload of a clip from THIS movie wondering whether one of the actors:
(there is another shot of him on the back of the DVD cover HERE, and I think I can get some HD captures of this movie if necessary)
is Taiwanese director Chen Chun-jen (陳俊任). Looking at pictures of him (below), I think there is a resemblance, but I'd like to hear what everyone else thinks.

In my opinion they definitely look like they could be the same person!
