Man, the stuff you find . . .

SEX & THE CITY girl definitely doesn't seem to be Yung Ngai from BLOODSHED IN NIGHTERY. I mean, I understand the popularity of double-eyelid surgery among actresses, but I've rarely heard of one having them
removed.

The gallery for RETURN ENGAGEMENT seems complete, and there are several unidentified actresses present, including these two who bear
arguably slight resemblances . . .

. . . but like you say, if she's really 28 now, she would have been awfully young to play either a club hostess or gang member, which are the characters played by these two actresses. However, I could, possibly, be convinced that the one on the right (as "Flora's gang member" according to Michael Kistner's label) was maybe 14 or 15, and if Sex & The City girl is lying about her age, well . . . Still, these shots aren't clear enough to make any kind of serious ID, so perhaps we'll just have to keep her in mind when Bob finally allows us to add TV shows, then we can call her Yung Ngai (3) and hope that time will eventually reveal her past.

EDIT: I checked out the website watermarked on that "2009?" shot and

. Looks like a Taiwan site advertising "Show Time Dancers" for conventions, auto shows and the like - at least, I
assume that's all they do; the videos and photos certainly set the imagination off in all sorts of directions. Perhaps that's this mystery Yung Ngai/Yu Ming-Jung's day job? Night job? They've have a YouTube channel (qwq33), where our mystery gal is
"Show Time Dancer #54". Posted purely in the pursuit of science, of course. Definitely don't think she's the BLOODSHED girl.
On a side note, I'm not sure what to make of these sexy thangs
strutting their tats 'n bikinis in a
shopping mall in front of impressionable kiddies, but I'm sure disappointed that
every mall I've ever been in didn't have special events like they do, apparently, in Taiwan!
