Godfrey Ho in an interview confirmed that she is actually Korean, not Japanese, though he didn't give her real name. [changed from Japan to SK + added Hangul]
Park Ae-na

Pok Ying-lan was the Chinese transliteration of Korean actress Park Ae-na's birth name of Park Yeong-ran. I've noticed quite a few instances when Korean's in HK/Taiwan films are credited under their birth names which can cause some confusion. I reckon they use the name off their passport, same as many Gwailo actors.
It seems someone else was on the right track, as they'd noted on Park's page that these two names could be the same person, well done to them. I've merged them into one. Added info such as DOB and aliases.
Sophia Crawford

Sophia Crawford (aka Sophia Warhol in TNK Hunt) from London. When in HK she started learning HK action from top HK stuntmen, including members of the JCST. Later she started training under Oshima Yukari and became the first Western woman to join an all Asian stunt team, Yukari's Funky Action Crew.
She moved to Hollywood before the handover of HK. She did studied Taekwondo under fellow martial arts actor Simon Rhee. She was invited by action director Jeff Pruitt to work on The Mighty Morphin’ Power Rangers portraying the Pink Ranger and double actress Amy Jo Johnson. He also brought her in to work on the Buffy The Vampire Slayer TV series where she would double for the star Sarah Michelle Gellar. She and Jeff married in 1998.
Taekwondo student of Simon Rhee.
That's all for now.
Cheers
