RIP - William Duen Wai-lun

It seems somebody had updated his page, but hadn't announced that William Duen: actor; unofficial JCST member; and former bodyguard to Jackie Chan himself, has sadly passed away. I hadn't really been doing these RIP announcements lately as it's a downer, but considering how much work I did regarding the JCST I thought I should probably put something.
