Shing FU On .... again

I've just spotted the mysterious Shing Fu On in another film's acting credits ... To Err Is Humane (added). As with a couple other films, the very similarly named Shing Fui On is also (but SEPARATELY) credited.<br><br>I wonder if the HK film industry has this name as some sort of running joke ? Shing Fu, if you exist, stand up and be identified !<br><br>
