Done - definitely too early for Frankie Chan to have done the music

There are two Goo Ga Fai's in the db - one has a lot of composer credits and one actor credit, and the other just has one actor credit. Seems fishy - I'd guess either both actor credits should belong to GGF (2), or more likely they're both the same person.

I have no evidence other than suspicion though, but if somebody knows one way or the other I think it bears investigating
