I'm still a bit skeptical about this, bit I guess I'll have to watch the movie to be sure

They are brothers. Do Tak-Chi is the elder and Alex is the younger.

Oh! this explains the same ears! :oops:

Alex does not appear in the credits of "On the Run", so maybe you are right and this portrait belongs to Do Tak-Chi.
