I'm going to hazard a guess that Cheung Liu was Lulu in this film, and is NOT the same Cheung Liu that made films in the 70's.

Evidence:

1. 3 Cat III exploitation films in 1996
2. Lulu was the only other character I'd expect to get a credit up front in Satan Returns

Maybe a 3rd Cheung Liu was in Zhang Yimou's TO LIVE in 1994 too - if IMDB can be trusted for anything it would appear to be so:

White Dragon has confirmed that our Cheung Lius are the same actress, and furthermore the same actress we have as Cheung Lau in The Imp (1996) - apparently she spent most of 1996 getting mutilated, poor girl!

I've transferred the 1996 Cat III films over to Cheung Lau, and added Cheung Liu (2) as an English alias - I won't touch the Big5 myself.

I would stake my reputation on the Cheung Liu in TO LIVE/LIFETIMES being a different actress (from the Mainland)
