Don't know the date on this, but it was one of many I signed out from my local library, so I scanned the sleeve. The film is from Taiwan. Not much info, but perhaps someone can identify the actors, etc:

Some credits are in English and are as follows (taken directly from opening credits, so they'll likely need to be linked to the appropriately-spelled names in the DB:

Directed by Chen Jung-shu (in the DB as Chan Wing-Shu)
Director of photography: Chen Jung-shu
Story by Chen Jung-shu
Written by Chang Yung-hsiang

Cast:
Kwai Yo-lary (weird, I know)
Lin Zay-pei
Pei Zei-mei

I think the old lady on the sleeve is Guah Ah-Leh

Perhaps "Kwai Yo-lary" would be a sloppy bastardization of her name?

Apropos of nothing, I've rarely seen a more depressing film. Even the graveyard laughs at the old lady at the end.

Found her in the DB, as Gua Ah-leh, with a picture no less (alias is Kwei Ya-lei, which is quite close to the one onscreen). She's definitely the old lady in this movie.

Also fairly certain that Lam Joi-pau plays the son, since one of his aliases appears in the opening credits (as I've written above):
