No year in the credits, unfortunately, but it seems shot around the same time as other Mark Cheng in Malaysia movies, so best guess (for now) would be 1997.

I took three more shots from the opening credits that sort of contradict the info from the closing credits. You may need to update a couple of credit entries to reflect these:
