You created Du Lao ?? in January 2010 when I created Toro Soebroto ?? in 2008. So you duplicated that name.
You created Wang Shang ?? in January 2010 when STSH created Sherman Wong ?? in 2007. So you duplicated that name.

You should check names before creating them .

Cd you teach me how to check who is the creator so that I cd update my own mistakes in future?

In each entry, go to "Edit basic info" and at the bottom of the entry appears "Initially submitted by williamwan on 01/20/2010 20:01"
