Are Child of Peach 2 and Magic of Spell the same film?

They are listed separately on the database, but I can find no info on Child of Peach 2 as its own title. I have heard from a few people that Magic of Spell is in fact Child of Peach 2. Can anyone confirm this and, if so, is that sufficient reason to merge the two?
