I've added a screen capture from the Hong Kong VCD

The VCD image is cropped more than the DVD image is, but

I just removed 12 portraits so that the only actor with two pics is
Ricky: one in clown face, one not.

I also deleted 8 of the less wonderful screen captures.

Looks much cleaner - thanks. Also, if possible, please make the IDs uniform in size. I think the minimum is 150x150 (which is rare), but we try and make the height and width the same.

For the most part, I do, but in this film, since the image is very cropped,
many of the best character images were on the sides of the frame.

I was not not aware of the square pixels mininum, but thanks for the tip.
As for the height and width, I was only aware of the width not being
more than the height; I didn't realize that you preferred the portraits
to be square.

Will do as much as is possible, from now on.
