THE CHASE:
Another strange case!Most of the images are to 100 percent from the movie THE PIER (including that one with Lee Chun-Wa), also correct are action directors and the stars.
What is different are the credits for Ha Kwong-Li (who is at some of the images) and director Terry Tong instead of Ko Fei.
Three things are possible:
1. The movie was changed during production
2. A different cut was also made
3. It is a sequel
I guess it is number 1

LEGEND OF CHU LIU HSIANG:
added cast and action director (I have that movie - but still not watched)

Wong Siu-Lung (2) could be Siu Wong-Lung!

Looks for me like images from "Rocky's Love Affairs" (the "new edit"). I'm quite sure, you can also recognize Casanova Wong. And I remember to see the the two scenes on the right side in "Rocky".

The scene with Lee Chun-Wa and the dentist scene with David Wu and Yu Miu-Lin on the images are in THE PIER - I checked my disc again.

The question is if we should remove the movie and add the images with notes about the matter to THE PIER (and add the title THE CHASE as alias and maybe also the additional cast with notes like "only first cut" or "only early movie version" or "deleted footage"). And what is with the director?

Thank you. I get in the next few weeks a copy of DIAMOND FIGHT. After seeing the movie and nothing speaks against the fact that it's the same movie as "Superior Knife" I merge the 2 movies.

There are no doubts for me, that "Superior knife" and "Diamond fight" are the same movie.
But in case of "Chase" - please wait a while, I want to re-watch my "Pier" copy. I think there are some differences between them.

I wait with THE CHASE. I guess the producers changed the movie after shooting scenes with Ha Kwong-Li and her scenes landed in the garbage can.

I merge SUPERIOR KNIFE and DIAMOND FIGHT after I watched the movie (I get my copy soon). Thanks to your information it's for sure the same movie but I want to see what actors listed only in SUPERIOR are for real in the movie before I make the changes.
