Biography:
Jia Ling, in 1953, she enrolled in the acting courses at Ling Guang Film Company and adopted the stage name He Jialing. Later she joined Di Hua Film Comapny then managed by Pan Bingquan. Her first role was in the detective film "Mystery of three wives". Two years later, Pan Bingquan was hired by director Qin Jian as production manager of his newly-established company Guang Yi. Following his move, Jia Ling also signed on with Guang Yi. In 1963, she married a Chinese from Thailand. After completing "The strange girl" (1967), she retired from acting and moved to Thailand.
