Seung Yuk-Ming name change

湯 in Cantonese can be both Seung or Tong, as a surname however Tong is more likely (as far as I know) and also confirmed by Gang of Five Credits (Tong Yuk Ming).
I will change the name accordingly in a few weeks, if no one objects.
