Yep. According to one source, this was the original title, and the movie was completed in 2023.
In the latest links and on the current poster, only Oxide Pang is listed as director.

I will change Liu Tao to Tamia. Pls delete Crisis Route.

End credits state Optimized For Imax.
The print I watched was not, and the end credits are blurry, especially the small English titles/roles.

Probably need to find Imax print to read properly.
