Wasn't expecting to be doing this, but I was very lucky the other day. Not only did I have a breakthrough on a part of my big project (a part that's been bothering me for years!), but I also managed to look over some rare Korean footage. Thanks to some fellow fans who went out of their way to help me find those scenes.
Although it's wonderful that this rare footage is seeing life outside of Korea, it's a pity the VHS quality is not the best. Then again, it's not the worst and I've ID'd all the main Korean cast (which I had added the credits of on an earlier date) except the woman that replaces Yau Chui-ling's role, I thought she might be Lee Yeong-ok, but I'm not convinced. There's also some stuntmen I recognise that aren't credited, some were a happy surprise too, but to save me some time, I'll add them when I do their KUPs.
So now I've got some ID's to go with those Korean credits. I also got some pics of Chen Kuan-tai and Ku Feng as they have scenes with Koreans actors that weren't in the HK version, one or two shots I can't be 100% aren't in the HK version, but the rest I am.
Since I was doing the cast I thought I might as well do the crew too, so as I've often done before, I've added the credits from the Korean cut, including adding the Korean names for all HK cast and crew where possible and updated their pages too if I had new info.
