female in yuen biao's kickboxer?

i was just wondering if anyone know the name of the female lady who's dad was the officer that taught yuen biao a thing or two in the 1993 movie "Kickboxer"?? he met her in the ship.

she was also with kenny bee in "my cape of many dreams" and a few with chin han - the early weepies movie.
