Looking For Kung Fu Movie Of The 70's

t was after 1975 and before 1980. The movie is about three or four kung fu assassins/bodyguards who encounter three other assassins.

Each one on each side has mastered a specialty. Knives, tonfas, sai swords are weapons on each side. Towards the end the last characters fighting tonfa vs sai swords, go through two weapons each and then pull out a third prospective weapon while fighting on roof tops.

A character that dies the earliest is a character named Joker. It's subtitled I believe and would like to find out the name of this movie.
