When did this event take place in HK?

I watched clips from a HK appreciation gala, where stars like Roman Tam, Sam Hui, Sally Yeh, Anita Mui, Tsui Siu-fong, George Lam sang "This is our home, place, dream, we love HK."

I was just wondering what year this took place? My guess is around 1990, but I can't be too sure.

Anybody know?
