what's the title of this film?

this is one that I watched a long time ago, so it probably came out sometime bewtween 1988-1994. I believe it stars Siao fong fong (most famous for playing Lady Flower Fist, Fong Sai Yuk's mother), but I'm not sure. The film is a mix of action and comedy. One scene has a guy trying to kill Siao Fong Fong with a gun, but turns out it was a toy gun that shoots water. Siao fong fong (or whoever it really was) played a ninja-like masked hero & used sword a lot. There was a lot of action going on (I think they even fought in a tunnel & dark rooms), but it is equally as funny. As a matter of fact, it even made my most serious grandpa laugh aloud, which is most rare. I would love to know the title of this film, so if anyone can help, please do! <br><br>
