Can't quite figure out what this movie is

It's a movie I've never seen, but have heard much praise for its great stunts, fights, and humor. The Mandarin title is "Da Xia Yi Zhi Hua". I'm not sure when this movie was made, my guess is perhaps in the 70's or early 80's. I had an impression that Jackie Chan, Yuen Biao or Samo Hung might have been in the movie, but nothing was found after checking out their bio pages. The title translates into English like this: "Swordsman Flower", or "Swordsman One Flower", or "Hero Flower"... but something about a flower warrior. I know nothing further about it, but hopefully somebody can tell me what it is.<br><br>
