Well, I used to be a little pickier. I went to a bunch of sites on HK movies (this is a good example) and selected a few that really intrigued me (especially kung fu/martial arts of course). Nowadays though, I'm on the search for just about any martial arts movie, and I'll probably get anything that I can find because there isn't a whole lot left out there that I haven't heard of or seen. As opposed to before where I was real careful about what I wanted to get. For instance, dispite all the praise I heard about Drunken Master II, Fong Sai Yuk, Hard Boiled, A Better Tomorrow, Once Upon A Time in China and Fist of Legend, I refused to get these classics until I ran out of selections! I do wish I had gotten them earlier though, because they really were as good as they were said to be.

At this point, I have a friend who's got a very good list of kung fu/action movies, including Shaw Bros oldies and some up-to-date movies like Crouching Tiger Hidden Dragon. So I just look at the list and if something sounds interesting to me I do a search on the title here and if I think I'm gonna like it, I'll get it
Although a lot of times you can't many titles on this or any other site. But overall I use HKMDB for the majority of my choice of HK movies.
