I don't know the film, but the Amazon link is not for it - it's for Lin's FIRE DRAGON (aka FIERY DRAGON KID), a wuxia pian from the 90s directed by Yuen Woo Ping, with ... memory failing, Max Mok and Sandra Ng as the comedy relief. Or something like that. Definately not the film you're talking about.
