who's the leading actress here?

this is an old movie. it's about a town called something like peach town...and the leading actress' name is to houa (peach blossom) with chin han in it. chin han's a doctor and she died at the end because she was heartbroken over her father's death. i know the title is called something like 'desparate love, bitter end' but i couldn't find anything on it.
