BLACK GUN TEAM and ON THE RUN

Hye.
I'm looking for some information at 2 movies, i bought some years ago on Tai Seng Tape, i think.
Both are direct to video releases, and i can't find any details about them.
ON THE RUN is with Phillip Ko, but not the Biaoster.
BLACK GUN TEAM is also with Ko, both seemed to be made in 1998 or 99.
The only other names i found are Jacky Wong and Titus Ho.

Does anyone know the movies, and can tell something about them, director and cast and so on ?
