www.dddhouse.com in Hong Kong sells it for about $40HK, which is just over $5 US, although it's probably cost another $2 or $3 to ship. This place is quite reliable. I've used them for literally hundreds of discs over the last few years.

LEGEND OF SPEED is actually a sequel to the 1995 motorcycle racing movie FULL THROTTLE, starring Andy Lau. The characters and story of the two films are unrelated, but you'll notice a "2" in the Chinese title of LEGEND OF SPEED that indicates its status.

If you like LEGEND OF SPEED, you might also try

OFF TRACK (1991)

and it's sequel
HIGHWAY MAN (1995), starring Julian Cheung and Anthony Wong.

This last one is out of print, so it might be trickier to track down, but it's a decent racing movie.

Just remembered another one, Gordon Chan's THUNDERBOLT (1995), starring Jackie Chan. This one's a lot of fun, although the final race sequence is marred by camera undercranking and implausible stunts. One of Jackie's greatest fights is in this movie - a battle with Yakuza gangsters that trashes a gigantic pachinko parlour.
