If anyone is interested, the greeting in Mandarin is:
Gong1 Xi3 Fa1 Cai2 (say "goong she fah sigh" really fast with a question inflection, and you are somewhat close).
Written as:
Fantizi (traditional): 恭 喜 發 財
Jiantizi (simplified): 恭 喜 发 财
