I was watching Tsui Hark's Vampire Hunters earlier today, and I was 10 minutes into the movie when I realized that one of the vampire hunters was Chan Kwok Kwan! It certainly made me pay better attention.

I don't know if he'll become a fine actor, but in the two movies I've seen him in (SS and KFH, of course), he's been very appealing and a standout in two completely different roles. Also (yeah), he's cute.

Does anybody have any info on him, like how old he is, his background? Thanks!

I actually posted in that site some days ago. I think they made a mistake with his credits because no way could he have been in all those movies all the way back to 1972! He probably wasn't even born then! Maybe they confused him with the other Danny Chan (wasn't there another one), or with someone else. I've noticed before that IMDB has made mistakes about Chinese actors before, because of the confusion about the names.

Why would anybody go to IMDB for information on a Chinese actor?
