There's one other I'm peripherally aware of, which is supposed to have a flying guillotine and a character who is an obvious clone of Zatoichi - anyone got a clue?

Good call. I ordered that one (God only knows how I can order the DVD delivered form the US to the UK for £2.20 inc P&P but there we are - I'm not complaining ).
