Karen Mok

I just want to say I miss Karen Mok. I haven't seen her in anything since she gave a burst of energy to the Twins Effect. I see she was in Enter the Phoenix in 2004, but not in a starring role. I haven't seen it or her other 2004 movie, Dragon Blade (which was just a voice over for an animation). She hasn't been in any 2005 movies so far.

What's going on? Why isn't she being given any roles? Too busy with her singing career?

She's one of my favorite actresses. I think she likes to challenge herself by taking on different roles, and she performs them excellently. Maybe she doesn't have the looks of a flavor-of-the-month starlet, but she's an accomplished actor and I wish I could see more of her.

Karen Mok is terrific--I join you in wishing she would be cast more. She was thrilling in "So Close" and was one of the reasons that "Twins Effect" was so surprisingly good.

Maybe she is making zillions in her singing career or simply finds it more fulfilling but she also belongs on the big screen.

She plays a villain in Around the World in 80 Days, a Jackie Chan movie.
