Additionally, I believe the last two names before "Ah Tak" are:

Ko Leung
Chan Kin Yat

Though I can't, obviously, translate their roles. However, my partner who speaks ten dialects including Mandarin translated Ko Leung's role as "Bath fighter" and Chan Kin Yat's role as "Massage customer". She was also able to give a Mandarin translation of "Chien Khun" for the name above Ko Leung. Hope that helps!
