ID - Actor from Police Story III: Supercop

Doh I did do a screen capture of it a while ago, but naturally I can't find it.

Almost everyone knows one of Chibat's henchmen was Ken Lo. However, does anyone know the name of the other one?

I have yet to see him in any other film at all. Just as a reminder, he's in shades just like Ken Lo right at the end with the train / helicopter sequence.

I'll try put a picture up later if I can find it again.
