If you order more then one at the time, you could try DVDyNOT.com, KwonLoon.
Not a great search engine on their site, but you can use emails too.
Very friendly people.
They accept PayPal!

To add a little more, you're better of ordering online rather than brick-and-mortar stores because they're forced to import through Tai Seng and pass off the ridiculous markup onto the consumer (even VCDs go for $15 at most stores).

Actually I popped up to San Francisco Chinatown last Friday, and was surprised to find that prices had generally gone down since last time I was there (18 months previously). I got a bunch of IVL Shaws for $13.98 + sales tax = about $15.10... as cheap or cheaper than getting them online. Also picked up Election 2-disc for $16.99 + ST and a bunch of other things for quite reasonable prices.

The main problem is those titles where Tai Seng released a home-grown disc, lacking the features + extras of the HK releases, such as Kung Fu Mahjong... but since that title was only $6.99 + ST I decided to get it anyway and upgrade later if I really like the film.

So, err... I'm not sure where I'm going with this :p
