A search of the Chinese database brings up these titles bearing the Chinese characters on that poster:
Big Battle, The (1957)
Chinese Boxer, The (1970)
Dragon and the Tiger Kids, The (1979)
Dragon Tiger Gate (2006)
The last one, of course, is actually mentioned underneath the poster in the link you provide, and is Wilson Yip's adaptation of a popular Chinese comic book. I'm wondering if the same source material is behind these other films. None of them really seem to "fit" that poster, so hopefully someone else here can help out...

Thanks guys, I have a better pic:
I believe the article is wrong (the confusion could be related to John Woo's Young Dragons, or The Dragon Tamers which was co-directed by Kim Jeong-Rong).
The Chinese text matches up perfectly with 'Dragon and the Tiger Kids' but wouldn't it be reversed? Is it possible the text could read left to right on a 1979 poster?

I'd search the Chinese DB if I could, but it doesn't seem to be accessible as i write this, so perhaps later.
Til then, here's a review of DRAGON AND THE KUNG-FU KIDS (aka HELL'S WIND STAFF) from Kungfucinema.com. Perhaps the outline or the cast will fit the poster?

Just tried searching the title in the Chinese database with the characters reverse-ordered, and nothing comes up. Maybe it's DRAGON AND THE TIGER KIDS after all??

The general opinion seems to be it's the Korean poster for HOD with their title written in Chinese. This was quite a common practice at that time I'm told.
The coincidental link to Dragon Tiger Gate must be because of a literary connection?
