I've only seen this article linked in one of dleedlee's news threads over in Asian Movies forum.

Personally, i don't see any reason why it couldn't be added. It is a Hong Kong movie, after all, and there are some other documentaries in the DB.

I've added this movie to the database. I need someone to add the chinese characters ASAP.
