Snuff Bottle connection

I have just watched "The Snuff Bottle Connection".
I have two releases of this one. One from Soulblade in Mandarin and wide screen and one from Ground Zero, dubbed, full screen.
There's no scene with a fortune teller on both. You got Au Lap Bo as "costumer of Fortune teller". (Au Lap Bo is not on the filmcredits.)
Is this a mistake or is there a scene missing on the releases I have?
