• View topic - Searching for a movie i saw on video in the middle 80´s.

I search for i movie i liked in the 80´s but the problem i don´t remember so very much about it. The 2 thing i remember most it was some kind of mafia kidnapped someone. And in the end of the movie i thing they travel in a subway to a beach with a final fight. If i don´t remember wrong i think they was as some kind of gravestone before the subway.
I think the music in the beginning was either eye of the tiger as in Rocky or if it was Gloria Gaynors i will survive or something sound like any of theese in a instrumental version. And you see a big city at the sea in the beginning. Not so much of help i guess but it´s hard to remember. Mayby it is possible to find it anyway.

Man - I know it's not a Hong Kong movie, but that sounds just like Walter Hill's classic "The Warriors"

Not sure if it is a hong kong, it could be japanese, chinese or some other asian. Yes i can understand it sounds a bit like the warriors but that movie i have. I will check around a bit more on internet and mayby get some clue somewhere.

Search a lot on the net and finally found a great list over swedish rentals on the 80´s. And fins some titles i check. And one movie i found can be the one. Mayby somone hear know if it is.

Karate warriors aka Killing fist with child aka Kozure satsujin ken.
Seems it is a Japanese movie. But it would great if anyone hear had seen it and can confirm it sounds a bit like my description.

yes it was the movie karate warriors i meant.
But the thing with eye of the tiger or gloria Gaynor in the opening credits with the overview over the city was not the same movie. So it would be fun to know which movie it is beginning like this. Mayby it is a Hong Kong othervise some other with asian actors. But it must be a movie from early 80 or the 70s.
Mayby it was some kind of chase after the credits in cars or motorcycle.
