Sign on school in "Magnificent Butcher"

At the end of "Magnificent Butcher" Butcher Wing (Sammo Hung) is trying to placate an angry Wong Fei-Hong by showing him the new sign he created for the school. It is clear from the very few frames that the wording on the sign is very wrong, possibly offensive.

Below is a screencap--I would love to know what it says (or an approximation because the sense of it may not survive the translation).

It kinda looks upside down, too. Could that be part of the gag? It's been ages since I've seen this.
