I'm trying to find a Hong Kong movie from the early 1980's (definitely earlier than 1985) called IQ Zero. I think that's the Chinese name, and am wondering if anyone knows what the English name is.
I have no idea who the stars or director are, or even the story. Someone told me a long time ago that it was really funny and I've never forgotten. It suddenly occurred to me that maybe one of you might know it.
